Julene Louis is the former CEO of the International Academy of Astrology and the Sky Watch columnist for The Mountain Astrologer. She is a full time consulting and teaching astrologer with the designations Dipl.IAA, ISAR-CAP, and Jyotish Visharada, CVA. She has been teaching astrology for sixteen years, locally and at IAA, and, has lectured at several conferences and local groups across the USA, Canada and Mexico. She is also a co-founder of the Sky Astrology Conference.
