The Aries Ingress: Prophecies of the Mundane Astrologer
Mundane astrology — or, the astrology of the world — was anciently held to be astrology’s pinnacle and most noble application. Employing techniques like the assessment of Saturn/Jupiter conjunctions, comets and eclipses, and Aries ingresses, and this branch is quite distinct and unique. This talk explores the historical approach to annual Aries ingresses and the techniques astrologers applied to these charts to forecast the future for their respective king and country.

Identifying Revolutionary Trends
A revolutionary trend is one that significantly changes how life was lived prior to that trend taking place. We concentrate on some of the most important revolutionary events and inventions, including political revolutions that have occurred since 1400, while spending more of our time on the 20th & 21st centuries. We learn the key astrological markers that identify these pivotal revolutionary events, inventions or trends over several centuries - to include Jupiter-Saturn cycles, Mars patterns with or without the nodal axis, along with cycles of the outer planets Uranus, Neptune & Pluto. Many of the charts and configurations we examine help us to see how we may have missed a trend that was bound to change the status quo, such as Brexit, and the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.

When the Whole World Goes South, the Unthinkable Happens
Between October 2016 and October 2018, Pluto in Capricorn crosses its own South Node. During the rise of Hitler and the crash of the Stock Market, Pluto crossed its North Node and tipped the balance of all world alliances and economies. Here's the real kicker: it slams into your private life as well. And what about your money?

Renaissance of Reverent Ingenuity via Co-operating with Nature's Guiding Genius-Uranus in Taurus
Dominance is an evolutionary dead-end. Let us die to, lest we die from. Empire ("row you bastards") is collapsing, but taking so much life down. Rising from the rubble the evolutionary anti-dote, a Renaissance of Reverent Ingenuity: humans humbly co-operating with Nature's Guiding Genius, aka Uranus-Trickster- in Taurus, (trining Saturn for bonus points in manifesting.) Disciplined Wildness. Unique opportunity (Jupiter) and responsibility (Saturn) to borrow Intelligence from Flora Fauna. Radically Traditional Bio-Mimicry.

The New Age of Air
In December 2020, there is a Jupiter/Saturn conjunction at 0 Aquarius, and for the next 200 years these conjunctions will all be in Air Signs. Whilst the last 200-year cycle took place in Earth, showing mastery and exploitation of matter, the new era will be about light. How will this affect human consciousness, and how peaceful – with Saturn, then Jupiter, conjoining Pluto in 2020 (and Pluto subsequently entering Aquarius) will the transition be?

The Saturn-Pluto Cycle and the Clash of Belief Systems: Waltz Time for Civilization
The Saturn-Pluto cycle synchronizes with the rise and fall of civilizations. Saturn and Pluto meet at the same zodiacal degree three times a century, like a cosmic waltz, while history dances to this beat. We’ll explore powerful examples from history, including the World Trade Tower bombing that demonstrate how this cycle correlates with political, scientific and religious changes. We will look backward and forward to the next Saturn-Pluto conjunction that occurs on January 12, 2020.

Predictive Applications of Planetary Nodes, the Latitude Cycle and Retrograde Loops
This lecture presents pioneering research which illustrates planetary nodes, the latitude cycle and retrograde loops as three elements of a unified picture of planetary motion. Going beyond simplistic pictures derived from a single dimension of east/west motion along the ecliptic (celestial longitude) and moving into understanding and incorporating the vertical dimension of planetary motion known as celestial latitude, we tap tremendous predictive potentials. Varied examples from political elections, economic downturns and sporting contests are provided.

What can we learn from past passages – and what important trends do we see unfolding in the 21st century?

The History of Quantum Mechanics as it Correlates to the Jupiter-Uranus and the Uranus-Pluto Cycles

The title of my talk has evolved into the “Co-emergence of Quantum Mechanics and Depth Psychology as They Relate to the Jupiter-Uranus and Uranus-Pluto Cycles”. In this talk we will explore the striking number of Jupiter-Uranus and Uranus-Pluto alignments we find at the significant milestones in the history quantum mechanics and in the natal charts of the scientists who conducted them. We will also look at the key moments in the evolution of depth psychology leading to the development of archetypal astrology. The talk will end with speculative discussion on what the insights from quantum mechanics and archetypal historiography say about the Wolfgang Pauli-C.G. Jung dialogue on the psycho-physical or mind-body problem.
