Business and organizational charts have a different structure for reading them. Each company chart shows the company reputation, the products and services, the income streams and profits, customers and vendors, employees, managers and owners, sales, marketing and distribution, legal issues, the company facility and their blind spot. It also shows the various departments of a company. Discover how to really read a business or organizational chart, and which charts to use for different purposes. This is especially valuable if you plan to time the start of new businesses.
